Montgomery County Public Libraries Implements Automatic Renewal

Montgomery County Public Libraries Goes Fine Free

As of February 1, Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) will no longer charge overdue fines. We will also waive all existing overdue fines from customer accounts.
