Ten Montgomery County Public Libraries Offer Free Outdoor Public Wi-Fi
Montgomery County has leveraged federal COVID-19 funding to install outdoor public Wi-Fi at 10 Public Library (MCPL) locations: Aspen Hill, Davis (N.
